The One Year Bible is the best - the most interesting and most engaging. I have yet to see a better reading plan. Get it in book form if that's best for you. You can get the electronic version on Amazon as well.
If you like the KJV or ASV, then my apps are much like that plan. And free.
The point is to just start whenever you want. On whatever day that it is, and read. If you miss a day, don't be OCD about it. Just read that day's bit of reading.
It is the habit that will affect your life for all eternity. And I mean that, because my Christian life would have been a complete disaster without reading my Bible every single day. Everyone who knew me 40 years ago can tell you about the change it made to my life.
I am so sorry that you had to go through that, but I am glad to see that you are still free of CLL. This is encouraging to me, since I face chemotherapy pretty soon - if my CLL keeps rising. From my last blood test a month ago, my White Blood Cell count was at 111 thousand and 94% of that was cancer.
With my cancer count growing at 5000 a month, I don't think that I can hold off for more than a year, if that.
But, God knows what He is doing, and I trust His plan for my life.
God bless you, DC. I'm glad that you are still with us.
John, Christ’s peace to you and Mrs Little for the new year!
I am planning my next Bible reading round to be in a hard copy. Do you have a list somewhere of your recommended daily readings?
I will start after Easter.

Thanks! What a great reference. It is much appreciated.
Thank you, and may the Lord relieve us of the health issue we both share. - JL
